The 2024 Ontario Summer Games will be staged in London, Ontario from August 1st to August 4th. Here is the summary of the information received from the organizers to date
ACCREDITATION
Participants are required to wear their accreditation passes at all times throughout the duration of the Games in order to access spaces including accommodations, cafeterias and competition venues.

* Please note: Parents will not be allowed to enter athletes’ accommodations
- Check-in Process – Thursday, August 1.
- Coaches, Team Managers and Officials – Arrive at Elgin Hall by 2pm to pick up accreditations and room keys for your teams from the PSO Rep – Betty Zareba.
- Athletes – arrive between 2:30pm and 3pm to meet with your coaches to obtain rooming information.
- Check-out Process – the check out is scheduled for Sunday morning. The participants will be required to bring their luggage to the venue on the 7:25am shuttle departing from the Elgin Hall.

TRANSPORTATION
Bus transportation is provided to and from competition venue. No transportation is provided after a participant’s final event as it is the expectation that participant’s will depart from their competition venue (unless previously specified for those external travel pre-approvals).
FOOD SERVICES
Breakfast each day of your stay will be available at Elgin Hall between 6:30am and 7:30am.
Lunch will be served at the competition venue (as a boxed lunch). Any participants who indicated Gluten, Vegan or Lactose intolerant will have a separate labeled meal available.
Dinner for all participants will take place each evening at the Elgin Hall cafeteria after returning from the competition venue.
General Information
- Snacks are not provided; please bring snacks to supplement between meals.
- Water fountains are available at the competition venue to refill water bottles
- The facilities are not nut free, nor can we confirm that products brought into our facilities are prepared in nut free environments.
OPENNING CEREMONY

Opening Ceremony Location: The Western Alumni University Stadium
4pm – food service at Elgin Hall Cafeteria
5pm – participants to start lining up at the residence
6pm – start of athletes’ procession
7pm – start of Opening Ceremony
