Format
- Tables: 4
- The event(s) will be played as a large round robin or round robin groups followed by progressive elimination playoffs; details depend on the number of entries.
- Minimum of 6 matches per player except for one player if an event has 9 participants

The organizers reserve the right to combine the events if either event has less than 6 registrations at the deadline, in which case the single event would commence at 9:00.
- Spectators are discouraged due to space limitations.
The published event categories are for registration purposes. Final categorization of each event for ORL points will be based on the actual participation, with the category being the minimum that encompasses all participants. For instance, a U15 event with only players being 12 and under will receive U13 levels and points; a Class B event with only players over 40 will receive O40 levels and points; and a Class A event with only players level 14 and higher, including adults under 40, will receive Class D levels and points.
- Draw & Seeding Explanation
- Class eligibility and seeding positions will be based on the last available Ontario Ranking List before the tournament.
- The Referee will estimate a player’s level for seeding in the case of players without an Ontario Ranking, based on previously published results.
- All matches are best of 5
- All participants have to be active members of a Canadian provincial Table Tennis Association.
