– $50/event per participant, plus hst ($56.50)

Prize Money and/or OTTC Pro Shop credit awarded in every event!
– Earn points for Ontario ranking.
– Earn Canadian rating points – 2 Stars.

    Eligibility: ORL Level 11-18
  • Class D, players capacity 12
    Eligibility: ORL Level 14-18

Sunday, SEPTEMBER 21th

  • Doubles Open, teams capacity 12

Format

  • 1st Stage is Round Robin groups of 3 or 4 players followed by 2nd Stage Playdown
  • 2nd Stage Playdown (all continue playing for position)
  • Expected number of matches per player is 5 matches
  • The Referee has the right to expand/reduce the participation limit to account for demand.
  • Approximate event duration 3-4 hours
  • Top Seeds may be awarded direct entry into Stage 2 Playdown.

Awards & Prizes

  • Events with 11 or fewer entries: Medals: 1st, 2nd & rd
  • Events with 12–15 entries: Medals: 1st, 2nd & rd
    Prizes – Class A: $50 (1st), $30 (2nd)
    Prizes – Class C: 1st Place receives $25 OTTC Pro Shop Account Credit
  • Events with 16 entries or more: Medals: 1st, 2nd & rd
    Prizes – Class A: $90 (1st), $60 (2nd)
    Prizes – Class C: 1st Place receives $50 OTTC Pro Shop Account Credit

The published event categories are for registration purposes. Final categorization of each event for ORL points will be based on the actual participation, with the category being the minimum that encompasses all participants. For instance, a U15 event with only players being 12 and under will receive U13 levels and points; a Class B event with only players over 40 will receive O40 levels and points; and a Class A event with only players level 14 and higher, including adults under 40, will receive Class D levels and points.


  • Players are expected to score keep when they are not playing.
  • A $8 non-refundable administrative fee included in each registration.
  • Draw & Seeding Explanation
  • Seeding positions will be based on last available Ontario Ranking List before the tournament.
  • The Referee has the right to use a player’s TTCAN rating for seeding in case of players without an Ontario Ranking
  • All matches best of 5
  • All participants must be active members of the Ontario Table Tennis Association or any other Canadian provincial TTA
