Application to organize Ontario sanctioned tournament

Club may apply for any weekend with the exception of those already reserved for an ON1 or ON2 sanctioned event.

Please review the Tournament Schedule.

Only applications submitted at least five weeks in advance will be considered. OTT will respond at least four weeks before the scheduled date.

There may be only one event within a 50-kilometer radius on the same weekend (first arrive, first served).

Event = one tournament category. For example, U15B is one event. Or Class B is one tournament category.

Clubs in the same city are encouraged to cooperate and distribute tournaments evenly throughout the year.

You can run 1, 2 or 3 time slots during the same day.

If you want to have challenge in Saturday and Sunday (2 days event), please, submit another form for the different weekend date.

Please send a $200 e-transfer to otta@ontariotabletennis.com with a note who from and what it is for, in order to reserve the tournament dates.
If your tournament is held on the scheduled date(s) and event(s), your $200 deposit will be refunded in full.
If you cancel your event four months prior to the specified tournament date, you will receive a refund.
If you neglect the above deadline, there will be no fee refund.
