Diagnostic Criteria for Participation:

Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI)

Diagnosis per DSM-5 or Petersen’s criteria.

Criteria

Objective evidence of decline in one or more cognitive domains (memory, language, attention, etc.)

Preservation of independence in functional activities.

Not meeting criteria for dementia. 

Dementia 

Diagnosis per DSM-5: Major Neurocognitive Disorder or ICD-11.

Criteria: 

Significant congitive decline

Interferes with independence in daily life.

Not due to delirium or other mental disorders.

Eligibility Proof:

Medical note or cognitive assessment result (e.g., MoCA, MMSE). 

Doctor or psychologist referral.
