Congratulations to the Canadian U13 girls for winning the Silver and Bronze medals at the “U11 and U13 Pan American Championships” now being held in Masquera, Colombia, 9-15 October 2023.
A group of 8 Canadian players are participating in the Championships on a self-funded basis. TTCAN thanks the parents for funding these players and their coaches. This is a big cost, however, the medals earned are a great compensation for the financial investment.
In the Under-13 Girls Team competition, Canada had two teams:
SILVER MEDAL to “Canada A”: Olivia HUANG and DinghaoZUO
BRONZE MEDAL to “Canada B”: Sunny ZHANG and Alexus LEE
Congratulations to both teams for an excellent performance. The Gold Medal was won by the USA.
The individual events continue till Sunday 15 October 2023.
