The Ontario Table Tennis Association (OTTA) invites OTTA members to submit designs for the Ontario Championships medals.
We encourage members to showcase their creativity and contribute to the visual identity of this important provincial event.
Design Requirements
The medal design must include:
- The text “ONTARIO CHAMPIONSHIPS”
- Design elements reflecting table tennis, the Province of Ontario, or a combination of both
Submission Format
Designs must be submitted in electronic format.
Pictures or digital images of the design are acceptable.
Important Dates
- Submission deadline: June 30, 2026. Please submit your designs using the form provided
- Winner announcement: August 2, 2026 (the final day of the Ontario Summer Games)
Prize
The author of the winning design will:
- Be featured on the OTTA website
- Receive a $150 prize
