What do I do?

Submitting an expense report online is quick and easy. First, download the fillable report form here.

If you want to fill in the form electronically: type your information in the fillable fields, save, and upload the form below.

If you want to fill in the form manually: print out the file, fill it in by hand, scan the file on your computer, and upload the scanned file below.

If your banking information is already in the system, that’s it! If not, upload a voided cheque below as well so that we can make a transfer to your account.

If you are submitting invoice please, just upload the invoice.

In case that you don’t have invoice with your logo or letterhead¬†click here for the template, fill it and upload it.
