Ontario Ministry of Heritage, Sports, Tourism and Culture has accepted the nomination of table tennis athletes for 2020 Quest For Gold Assistance Program. Out of twenty one applicants Selection Committee has submitted six names for full cards:

Selection is based on points earned at national and provincial events. Two mandatory conditions for being considered for Q4G AAP are:
- Ontario residency
- Practicing with Ontario Team from January 2020.
What is new for 2021 Program
Selection criteria for 2021 will be published in first half of the year. The OTTA will also publish the standing of all athletes for 2021 Q4G AAP on a monthly basis from July 2020.
