This month’s GTTA Challenge saw our largest contingent from Montreal yet, with 6 players, including a visiting coach, all from LYTTA. With 20 participants, everyone played 7 to 9 matches, with some very hard fought battles.
As usual, we gave two sets of medals, with a set going to the top 3 U11 participants this time. Coach Wang presented the bronze to Duca, the silver to Tiffany and the gold to Melissa. Next month will be the turn of the top 3 U13 participants.
For the overall medals, Lucas fought a long match against Judy to take the Bronze, while Hanwei defeated Meech for the gold.
Registration through GTTA Head Coach Lijuan Geng (lijuangeng@yahoo.com).
Priority for registration is to those that are training regularly at an HPC (GTTA, Ontario or National), but others are welcome.
