The Ontario Table Tennis Association (OTTA) is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, July 26th, at 10:00 AM EDT, via Zoom.

To ensure you have all necessary information prior to the AGM, the following documents are now available for download:

Important Updates Regarding Reports:

A) Financial Statement: We are pleased to inform you that the financial statement for the past fiscal year was completed and handed over to our auditor, Dan Bechtold, on June 15th. The OTTA has been advised that the final report will be available soon. As soon as the audited financial report becomes available, it will be distributed to all affiliated clubs. Individual members may receive a copy upon request.

Following documents will be distributed in similar way:

B) Manager of Programs and Operations Report: The Manager of Programs and Operations report will be made available and distributed in a similar manner (to affiliated clubs, and upon request to individual members)

C) Minutes of the Meeting of AGM 2024:   

D) Voting Rights will be based on June 2025 Ontario Ranking List and events organized in last 12 months before Announcement; deadline to send feedback is July 19th.

Pre-AGM Meetings:

In our effort to make the AGM as efficient and productive as possible, the OTTA will be hosting two important preparatory meetings:

  1. Meeting with High-Performance (HP) Centers:
    • Date: Friday, July 5th
    • Time: 5:00 PM EDT
    • Location: My TTC Mississauga (In-person); zoom link will be available for Centers in Ottawa
  2. Meeting with Tournament Organizers (or those interested in becoming Tournament Organizers):
    • Date: Saturday, July 12th
    • Time: 10:00 AM EDT
    • Platform: Zoom

Agendas and relevant documents for these specific meetings will be sent to the respective participants in advance.
